Contact: You’ll be contacted within 4 to 24 hours with your estimate, possible cleaning dates and times, and a few follow-up questions to understand your needs better.

Cleaning Needs Form: Please fill out our form to answer essential questions and start your checklist. Don’t worry, you’ll always have the final approval!

Text Reminders: Expect reminders about your cleaning, along with updates on the status and any quick questions or concerns during your cleaning.

Cleaning Day!: Your smiling, sparkling cleaner will be at your door within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. You’ll be notified if the cleaner is ahead or behind schedule. The cleaner will bring all the necessary supplies. For one-time or move-out cleanings, they will take before and after pictures (this can be included for other cleanings upon request).

Walkthrough: If you’re available, we offer a walkthrough with the senior cleaner to catch any missed tasks. If you find something later, we have a 1-hour follow-up cleaning policy.

Invoice: You’ll receive an invoice via email from SparkleOn.Manager@gmail.com.

Recurring Cleanings: For ongoing services, an agreement will be sent to ensure that you and the cleaner are on the same page regarding all the details.
