  1. You should be contacted within 4 to 24 hours with your estimate, possible cleaning dates & time, and a few follow up questions to better understand your needs.

  2.  Fill out our Cleaning Needs form. There you will be able to answer a lot of our essential questions to get your checklist started. Don't worrry, you'll aways get the final approval!

  3. Text reminder about your cleaning.

  4. Updated texts on the status of the cleaning, any questions or concerns that need quick clarification.

  5. If your available, a walkthrough with the senior cleaner to catch any missed tasks. If you happen to find something later, we have a 1hr follow up cleaning policy. We want you to have the cleaning you need.

  6. Receive an invoice via EMAIL from

  7. For recurring cleanings, an agreement will be sent to insure cleaner and client are on the same page with the nitty gritty needs and details.
