Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change! If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee per scheduled cleaner.

Payment Policy
Effective September 23, 2024, payments are due within 14 days of invoice.

A $50 late payment fee may be applied at our discretion for overdue payments.

An additional $10 fee will be charged for every 2 days the payment remains overdue.

Late fees will be issued as separate invoices, as we cannot modify invoices once sent.
