Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans change! If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee per scheduled cleaner.

Payment Policy

Effective September 23, 2024, payments are due within 14 days of invoice.

• A $50 late payment fee may be applied at our discretion for overdue payments.

• An additional $10 fee will be charged for every 2 days the payment remains overdue.

• Late fees will be issued as separate invoices, as we cannot modify invoices once sent.
