The Pixie Dust Fee is Sparkle's teeny tiny surcharge fee, calculated at 0.019% of the total cleaning hours.

5. Can I request a specific cleaner?

Yes, you can! We understand the importance of trust and familiarity. Contact Maria to check the availability of your preferred cleaner, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, though availability and timing may vary.

6. Are you licensed and insured?

7. What safety measures do you take during cleanings?

9. Can I be home during the cleaning?

Yes, you can stay or leave during the cleaning, whichever is more convenient for you. We'll ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, respecting your space and preferences.

10. What should I do with my pet during the cleaning?

During our cleaning sessions, we kindly ask that you keep your pets in a room we won't be cleaning or, if possible, in the yard. If needed, we're happy to place your pet in their kennel for their safety and comfort during our visit.

14. How do I reschedule my cleaning appointment?
